ATTENTION FVA MEMBERS: Please take some time to review the proposed changes to the bylaws. We will be scheduling a meeting for open discussion with the members of the FVA. Click Here to open the bylaws document. The text for the proposed changes is described below.

- words in black that have been striked out: This is the portion we would like to eliminate
- words typed in italic and red: These are new words/sentences that we would like to be voted on and added to the bylaws.
- Please feel free to print a copy, however do not use as a reference of what is currently in effect. The final copy will be available to all members once they have been voted on.
